How is that useful?
I suppose comedic abuse of Mediawiki doesn't *really* count. OTOH,
that was presumably meant to survive software upgrades.
A more useful image to use in a caption would be a
small icon like a
flag after a country's name, of a big tick/cross on correct or
incorrect images (before and after shots, for example). In other
words, images that are used inline.
