*Changes this week*

- The new version https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.27/wmf.3 of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from October 13. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis from October 14. It will be on all Wikipedias from October 15 (calendar https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.27/Roadmap). - You will be able to upload images to Wikimedia Commons using the visual editor. When the image is uploaded it will be added to the article you're editing.
