Community access via database dumps & Wikimedia Cloud Services https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Wikimedia_Enterprise/FAQ#community-access continues. - All Wikimedia wikis can now use Wikidata Lexemes in Lua https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Wikidata:Wiktionary#lua after creating local modules and templates.
