Hi, The jquery.badge and jquery.placeholder ResourceLoader modules will be removed with the upcoming 1.31.0-wmf.10 release in about 3 weeks. These were intended to be removed with this weeks deployment but it was reverted since there was still some usage in gadgets on Commons[0]. Please check your wikis to see if any gadgets or popular user scripts are still using them, and update them as needed. For jquery.badge you can copy in parts of the upstream code[1] depending on what you need.
