Is it expected that the Topic: namespace will be localized into languages other than English? [1] I ask because the Vietnamese translation would be "chủ đề" and the Vietnamese Wikipedia already has a Chủ đề: namespace (corresponding to Portal: at the English Wikipedia).

As usual: https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:MediaWiki#Translating_namespace_n... Anyone can organise something like: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lua_deployments/Localization_of... If "Topic" is hard to translate, it's my understanding that it's still possible to switch to another name.
