I humbly don't think it should be. That's a page for Wikimedia Foundation staff and contractors; per definition is doesn't include other organizations staff and volunteers.
I've instead updated the navigation template for ORES https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Template:ORES_navigation, to add a link to the Wikimedia Scoring Platform team page. It more accurately reflects how the team works.
