Looking at this on a test page (like http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/0.11186127029575321) it seems like it takes three clicks to get to the File page.
Which I experienced is often broken. BTW, I do not get any style sheet or JS on en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org so I cannot test with MS Internet Explorer. Please test yourself.
