Sorry for replying outdented, I just subscribed.
* ang - with https://www.dropbox.com/sh/i2af7xvn4y593gc/WMDVkSdQ5v/captchas/ang#lh:null-…
the thorn is not easy to enter for some people. Really just plain
English ones would be fine anyway.
* bs - Why mix of Cyrillic and Latin?
* chr/chr-bold - I really cannot say if these are readable or not (I
can't read Cherokee), but I'm not sure the CAPTCHAs really need to be
in this script. Almost everyone who speaks Cherokee speaks English,
which may be easier to input.
* got - This is a horrible mix of Gothic characters (which display as
boxes!!!) and Latin ones. Do we really need Gothic CAPTCHAs? At least
use a font where the characters display.
* haw - These look nice, but please accept both apostrophe and ʻokina.
* hi - This does not look readable to me, but I don't read Devanagari (well)
* hr - See bs.
* iu - Mix of Canadian Aboriginal Syllabics and Latin
* mn - Some of these have boxes
<https://www.dropbox.com/sh/i2af7xvn4y593gc/LY7y3FejQ9/captchas/mn#lh:null-i…>.
Maybe it's because they have text in the Mongolian script mixed in
with Cyrillic? (mnwiki uses Cyrillic)
* mr - See hi. Why is there no mr-bold if there is hi-bold?
* sh - See bs.
* si - Looks really weird compared to siwiki font. Might be readable, IDK.
* sr - See bs.
* ta - I will ask someone who speaks Tamil if nobody else replies.
* th - Same.
* ti - More useless boxes.
* to - See haw.
* tt - More mixed Cyrillic/Latin ?
* vi - Boxes.

We're trying to make our "are you a computer or a human?" tests
(CAPTCHAs) on our wikis more usable. Specifically, we want to offer the
test in lots of languages, not just English. So we need to check whether
people can read the non-English images.
We're looking for people who know Bengali, Cherokee, Gujarati, Hindi,
Marathi, Sanskrit, Malayalam, Sinhala/Sinhalese, Tamil, and Thai to look
at these sample images:
