Hey all,
This is a quick note that the "Your edit was saved" confimration message (
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Confirmation_message) was added to MediaWiki
core. We plan to deploy it later this week.
This message was previously contained in Extension:PostEdit, and was
deployed to several dozen projects. For projects that already have it,
nothing should change. For those that don't, you may need to localize the
one message string.
For context: this feature was merged in to core in order to support
delivery of an identical message for those using VisualEditor, per bug
48276.
