Roping Amir in, maybe he would know about the Translate extension.
It looks like it is doing something already, but doesn't work right just
yet. Amir, could you give some guidance? Basically, I would need a setup
like on Meta or Wikidata - the goal, after all, is to eventually just copy
the content over from Spore to Wikilambda once it launches.
Regarding instacommons: Thanks! I could have promised I tried it yesterday
and didn't work. Probably mistyped the filename :D Thank you!
Regarding the shortcuts:
At least: meta, m, d, commons, wmf, mw, mediawiki; and then en, de, and
preferably all the language codes for the language Wikipedias
Thank you Gergo for the fast response!

Phabricator might be best but this mailing list works fine too. Wiki pages
probably not so much as notification emails are broken ATM.
1. Make the usual WMF wiki shortcuts work, i.e. meta for metawikimedia, en
for enwiki, d for wikidata, etc.
Do you have an exact list? The Wikimedia interwiki map has 400+ elements,
I'd rather not pull it in blindly.
2. Install the translate extension
I have set it up on
https://wikispore-test.wmflabs.org/ . I don't know
much about Translate and there are plenty of configuration options so
please check how well the default settings work for the use cases you
envision.
3. Enable Instacommons
It should be enabled already.
