thanks for announcing the new signups on the list! That's great news because as we
expand the Wikipedia Library becomes even more attractive for more partners.
I've just added the announcement to the German Wikipedia's Kurier page:

Unfortunately, I have very little time at the moment. This is why I've had to postpone
the start of TWL on German Wikipedia for another month until August. I am still in contact
with the first publishers I have contacted, no decision has been taken yet.
