The wikimetrics report queue stopped over the weekend because of some nasty
error. I think it was a fluke and I just logged in and restarted it.
That's why initially the report was not happening and then it worked later
when I restarted the queue. Sorry for the confusion and maybe run the
report again just to make sure there was no corruption while it was stalled.
