MoE hopes we could have another meet-up this week and the expects us to avail the info below:
* A list of what we need from them to make this possible * Funding sources for the project * Implementation plan * Project scope (is it nation wide, within Nairobi etc)I'll make a draft and place it on Google docs for you guys to add your thoughts so that I can come up with a final draft.

Hi Alex,
Have you prepared the framework? If your on tight schedule, I could find time during the week to come up with one - which might be a skeleton and we'll all beef it up together with all the folks on the mailing list. Your thoughts?
Also, Wikipedia's 10th anniversary is on 15th January. Wikipedians from all over the world will be hosting events, parties, workshops to commemorate this anniversary. Apparently, it wouldn't be centralised; that is, say, there would be an event in Hungary as well as New York City and many other places in the world.
Some may argue that we've not done as much to deserve a celebration, but I found it imperative to inform you what's happening elsewhere, nonetheless.

I think you should definitely feel like there is enough to celebrate in Kenya! You might also see this as a way to raise the profile of Wikimedia in Kenya and build the community momentum. After all, we'd like to see the next decade be an African decade!
