MoE hopes we could have another meet-up this week and the expects us to avail the info below:

• A list of what we need from them to make this possible
• Funding sources for the project
• Implementation plan
• Project scope (is it nation wide, within Nairobi etc)

I'll make a draft and place it on Google docs for you guys to add your thoughts so that I can come up with a final draft.
