From the experience gained in Kakamega and Mombasa, a team of four can manage. And yah, Grace and Ann should definately be part of this.
I won't be able to make it for the Nyeri pilot due to prior commitments. However, I'm sure we'll get a full team for Nyeri.
Awesome work in setting this up Steve.
Cheers, Alex.

Hello guys, Let me first start by congratulating Stephen in his efforts to finalize the 3rd and final phase of the Wikipedia for Schools project. Secondly, I would like to urge the Nyeri team to prioritize those who haven't participated in the prior regions (such as Grace and Ann). I believe that these people should first be given an opportunity to go, before giving room to others who went to Kakamega and Mombasa. Thirdly, I must say (and the Kakamega & Mombasa team leaders will agree with me on this) that we overspent in Kakamega and Mombasa at the unfortunate expense of Nyeri. This is due to a number of reasons including:-the unfavourable bank exchange rate, -Kakamega team increased cost of internal transport,-Kakamega incresed cost of previsit,-Mombasa increased cost of accommodation. So, what do we do now? Oscar, Stephen and I are from having a discussion regarding the above. Taking our experiences from Mombasa and Kakamega, we all agreed that 6 people per school is a little too much. We have therefore proposed a cut from 6 people to 4 people. What are your thoughts? PS -- Being the first time for us to budget, I do believe that it's not a really bad thing for us to overspend. Regards,

Me , thinks the idea to have a team of 4 for the Nyeri pilot is well thought and timely considering the financial constrains involved .its also fair to let those we din't have a chance to do the Mombasa and Kakamega go for the Nyeri. On the issue of overspending in the Kakamega and Mombasa pilot being the first time lets say that was a learning experience as team leaders would agree with me . All in all i wish the Nyeri team well .
