Me , thinks the idea to have a team of 4 for the Nyeri pilot is well thought and timely considering the financial constrains involved .its also fair to let those we din't have a chance to do the Mombasa and Kakamega go for the Nyeri.
On the issue of overspending in the Kakamega and Mombasa pilot being the first time lets say that was a learning experience as team leaders would agree with me .
All in all i wish the Nyeri team well .
