Hi guys,
To probably add onto Oscar's suggestion, the ideos can support upto 9 users at a time but this should not be a worry, since there is a software called connectify which is freeware. The software is purported to turn any laptop running on windows 7 into a hotspot. But the 'hotspot' needs to be connected to the internet and then from there other users can log in with a password given by the admin of the hotspot.
The only advantage is,It is not limited to number of users. Finding another venue without wifi connection would be a cinch if we had our own internet. Thank you and have a good day.

Hey guys, Looks like ihub is going to unrelibke for our monthly editing.I suggest we think of alternative ways.To start it of, The IDEOS phone can broadcast wifi quite well.since a few of us have it,we could buy some data bundles and find a venue and carry on with our editing.ofcourse we will need to set some norms like disable auto updates,no facebook, twitter etc.what do you think?
