Hi guys,
To probably add onto Oscar's suggestion, the ideos can support upto 9 users at a time but this should not be a worry, since there is a software called connectify which is freeware. The software is purported to turn any laptop running on windows 7 into a hotspot. But the 'hotspot' needs to be connected to the internet and then from there other users can log in with a password given by the admin of the hotspot.
The only advantage is,It is not limited to number of users.
Finding another venue without wifi connection would be a cinch if we had our own internet.
Thank you and have a good day.
Regards.
