Longer term planning in my experience is always beneficial. It's also possible to review an established tentative calendar periodically and revise it as circumstances change or in light of new information. It sounds simplistic but I believe it is the difference between having a road map and not. Rarely are great things achieved without any plan at all.....
On another note, I enjoyed my first session sitting in on the meetup and am interested in determining if there is some role I can play helping develop this young non profit organization. While I have some but limited experience working with non profits, I do enjoy growing companies and have extensive resources available to me as a Harvard Business School grad and member of its NY Club. I will be giving that some thought over the coming weeks but certainly if you have any pressing needs please feel free to share them with me. Perhaps I can offer some assistance.
