Hi Wiki-Yorkers,
[corrected date, WikiWednesday this week is of course May 22]
You're invited to join the Wikimedia NYC community for our monthly
WikiWednesday Salon & Skill-share this week on May 22! Is there a project
you want to share? A question you want answered? A Wiki* skill you want to
learn? Let us know by adding it to the agenda at:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Meetup/NYC/May_2019https://www.meetup.com/WikimediaNYC/
This month we're at the Metropolitan New York Library Council, located on
the 8th floor of 599 West 11th avenue between 44th and 45th street.
This meetup will feature a presentation by the Interference Archive, and a
group discussion on the role of activist archives and building wiki content
based on ephemeral publications and oral histories.
To close off the night, we'll also have Wikidojo - a group collaborative
writing activity / vaudeville!
Thanks,
Richard
