Todd, revisiting this - I will be in DC tomorrow for a meeting at the DCPL, from 3-4pm. This will be the first meeting with all of the staff involved (quite a number of library staff are interested!) Would you or someone else from HacDC be interested in joining for the event?
We are looking for more local technologists to get involved in the coming weeks.
I will also be around that evening, at which point there will likely be interesting things to discuss.

This could be a good venue to recruit some volunteers.
