First, I assume you all will know their real names so you can do any extra background research you think necessary.
Second, my biggest concerns are: * that they support better outreach to increase the diversity of sex, age, race, ethnicity across all projects. * they do what they can to improve the speed and thoroughness of training of editors. * they come up with creative means of fundraising to help Wikimedia improve its physical and human resources and secure its independence (and if that means accepting not overly intrusive advertisements from select advertisers, if they legally can, I'm all for it)
