Hello!
I have extra brochures at my disposal. I will bring them to the event.
If you send the email to me I can look things over to make sure everything is covered.
Thanks, James

Good day,
I've just begun working with the National Museum of Civil War Medicine to try to plan an edit-a-thon. We've not yet set a date, but I wanted to ask for advice and see if I could request some materials.
First to cover the materials, does Wikimedia DC have extra Wikipedia brochures? My personal stash is somewhat low and I know we will need a few at least at the event. I have a couple, but not many.
Could I convince anyone here who has previous run an edit-a-thon to take a quick look at the most recent email I sent the museum and double check that I didn't miss anything important? I don't want to forward the email to the list because it is quite long. I think I covered everything, and there is plenty of time to correct it if I haven't, but I don't want to miss something and be surprised.
