Hello everyone,
The Wiki Society of Washington, DC Inc. is looking for volunteers to serve on our Legal and Audit Committees.
The Legal Committee will advise and assist the Board of Directors regarding legal matters. Membership is not restricted to attorneys, but some level of experience with legal or contractual work is desired.
The Audit Committee will review and audit the financial records maintained by the Treasurer as well as the annual financial report and statements. As with the Legal Committee, membership is not restricted to certified accountants, but some level of accounting or finance experience is desired.
If anyone would like to serve on either of these committees, or can suggest someone else who might be interested, please let me know.
