I've now ratified (removed the Draft-prefix) from the the Bylaws https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/WikiJournal_User_Group/Bylaws, with the consensus https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Talk:WikiJournal_User_Group#Consensus_.2F_votebeing in support of them.

I think it's in accordance with these Bylaws that the initial WikiJournal Council simply includes those who were therein before: WikiJournal User Group#WikiJournal Council https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiJournal_User_Group#WikiJournal_Council. Feel free to comment if you feel concern about the inclusion of any current member of the council, including yourself, or if you want to join.
