I've now ratified (removed the Draft-prefix) from the the Bylaws, with the consensus being in support of them.
I think it's in accordance with these Bylaws that the initial WikiJournal Council simply includes those who were therein before: WikiJournal User Group#WikiJournal Council. Feel free to comment if you feel concern about the inclusion of any current member of the council, including yourself, or if you want to join.
