It would still require some manual input from our side, but it seems to
make it easier than performing Google searches for reviewers. I've now
emailed them about how much this service would cost.

In Easy Chair or Publons we need not find the peer reviewers. The system
will do it for us by matching the reviewers who are empanelled with them.
You would be informed after a reviewer accepts.
