It is a valid idea to of the Rob, or somewhat more complex as the
MediaWiki verify the most minimum version.

I think I understand: "Why do we not make a page on a wikipedia
that
gives the minimum version of the bot that must be used to edit
pages".
We could even specify minimal version strings for different
modules on
such a page. Not a bad idea.
