At the Icelandic Wikipedia we put <noinclude> after the first
paragraph of an article and </noinclude> at the very end of it so that
we can put at the articles top category to get a summary
of the topic, however interwiki.py converts something like:
"
en:Topic
</noinclude>
"
into
"
</noinclude>
fr:Topico
en:Topic
...
"
which means that the interwikis get transcluded to the category page,
is there a way to make the bot place the added interwiki links where
it found the first one instead of putting them all at the bottom?
hi,
I'm using the wikibots regulary, but sometimes I am behind a
proxy-server, and then the bot won't work... Is there a way to get it
working also behind the proxy?? Is this function already implemented?

Hi all
I'm currently working on several small enhancements that will hopefully
make things easier for bots. I would like to point you to
<http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/REST>, where I have put up a proposal
for a lightweight bot interface, relying mainly on CSV.
Also, ther's now a keyword for bot-related bugs and requests on
bugzilla: "bot-interface". To see a list of bugs currently marked with
this keyword, see <http://tinyurl.com/9hb3m>. If you know of more,
please add this keyword to them.
Regards,
Daniel

Is there anything in the pywikipedia framework that outputs the recent changes?

I have found that the deletion function has a bug. Apparently the tokens
it uses for the page do not match the deletion token for the page, which
seems to be different... I don't know if it is different for each page it
deletes, but I developed somewhat of a hacked solution. If anyone wants
to attempt to beautify it or create a better solution, be my guest.
I have attached it to this email and also uploaded it to sourceforge.
