Actually, I think I have gotten something to work now. It seems that using OAuth1 to set up a client, and defining the parameters for MEDIAWIKI_API_URL, MEDIAWIKI_REST_URL, MEDIAWIKI_INDEX_URL, and WIKIBASE_URL, I can login using WikibaseIntegrator. Don't know why OAuth2 or other things weren't working.
