I've just completed the upload of the last 7 missing months of Domas' usage stats to the Internet Archive from Toolsever: http://en.wikipedia.org/?diff=442322098&oldid=437346049 http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=subject%3A%22Wikimedia%20projects%20... /mnt/user-store/stats/ lacks 'projectcounts' for some months (before November 2009, from December 2009 to March 2010 and perhaps something else) so some IA backups lack them as well. It would be interesting to understand what happened; moreover, IIRC there's another copy of the stats on some WMF server, which could be used to complete the IA public copy and/or the Toolserver copy.

'projetcounts' can be recreated from the 'pagecounts' files (they are just sums of pagecounts). At some point, I was not downloading the projectcounts files, until someone asked me to. This is why some/many are missing.
If you want them, I can (re)create them for the missing months.

Hi, folks!
Pagecounts is available on toolserver database? I found Magnus have it for en and de in u_magnus_popular_p to serve http://toolserver.org/~magnus/toptopics.php. If not, let me ask a question. Is it feasible to create one if we use the primary key with page_id rather than page_title?

These are just a tiny subset. The popular articles, as chance has it.
If not, let me ask a question. Is it feasible to create one if we use the primary key with page_id rather than page_title?
Putting all that data into MySQL might strain the poor surviving DB servers significantly.
Cheers, Magnus
Hi, tool developers!
Actually I'm not thinking entire pagecounts, but just some stats demanded from someone. I'm going to put ko pagecounts into my own table and it will be updated by hours. Even in this case, I hope I could burden less. Do you have idea to make it better?
