Hello all,
I've been unable to access tools.wikimedia.de from a while, now. My IP is 217.129.165.11. I know the site is up at the time, because I can access it from another machine, on another subnet.
Now, I just crossed upon Toolserver meta: page[1] and would like to request an account. I didn't know it would be possible. I've developing some tools for pt: [2], [3], [4] and a bot[5] which might get being operated through web. I'm sorry for the fact they are all in portuguese, but they can be easily translated and adapted for ''all'' wikimedia projects.
Please tell me what is going on with the IP ASAP. Best regards to all of you,
