i've added it to the config, but it's not showing up yet... i guess there's
some caching going on.
Also who can write things to it? Not that I ever have
anything nifty to announce ...
i don't want the Toolserver to turn into a blog hosting service, so only people
who have been given access can log in and post.
i don't see a problem with giving people access if they want to write things
Wikimedia- or Toolserver-related there (either in the front-page blog or a
separate one).
