Maybe those hammers are for mining (and used as symbols therefore), but the
whole draft really looks a little bit old fashioned socialistic.
...and even the mining relationship would represent only a part of the
toolserver functionality.

Cause those hammers are MINNING hammers and it symbol o MINNING at all.
I think, that idea is great, cause toolserv is used for data mining on
wikimedia projects :)
