That's not what I mean to say.
The versions of WQ #2 on the Wikimedia Foundation site
are
"available" in that they are considered complete enough to announce
and release. The untranslated interview is no reason not to
distribute the French newsletter. The decision to use Aphaia's
"release messages" as part of the current HTML email was made two days
ago.
OK. I didn't know that WQ could be distributed before being completely
translated.
If you want to improve distribution (as we all do),
please update
[[m:WQ/Distribution]] and help us better organize our lists of
recipients and the distribution process in the future.
OK. I will add there list of people I send WQ.
