I think unlink.py should be able to unlink files.

Does pywikibot in core have any script to remove links to deleted images locally? Something like CommonsDelinker, but for local use.
I'm undertaking a major cleanup of files at Meta-Wiki, and I'm leaving a lot of red links which I'd prefer a bot could process.
