Hi Bjoern,
Absolutely. To give a bit more detail: We've been pushing for schools
to adopt all-of-school CC policies, whereby all teaching resources
produced within a school would be licensed, by default, CC-BY. This is
because first copyright in NZ schools is held the school itself. I
imagine the resources we've made are quite NZ specific, but do have a
look at what we've put together thus far:
http://creativecommons.org.nz/ccinschools/
We've got between 50 and 100 schools on board at a policy level so
far, but the next step is to ensure that the policies are having their
intended effect. The kinds of resources you are thinking of producing
-- i.e. focused on OERs themselves -- could be useful for us to remix
for our local community. And our resources undoubtedly need a
shake-up.
Happy to chat off-list!
Cheers,
Matt
