The "questionnaire" / interview guidelines have seen some attention, and I'd like everyone to have one last look at them before we begin talking to people in the coming week. Of note is a new section asking about affiliation, which was added just this weekend and could use some scrutiny.

thank you for reworking and especially adding the affiliation part. This reflects my ideas about the actual position/standing in the movement I've mentioned some time ago. The questionaaire has moved to http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Movement_roles_project/Initial_Questions and has lost its draft-status. It is fine for me and I'll try to figure out how it works in talks with Thomas and Joan in Barcelona the next days. I am still not sure how to get authentic answers, but I think I start with a meeting and a kind of more or less informal exchange and then ask them to answer the questions per mail. This will let me copy them to the wiki and let us together get first ideas about the amount of text and the feasability of content before we start to expand the interviews.
More ideas? I would appreciate every hint or advice.
Alice.
Hi all,
When will the initial questions section end? I think it would be better if it can have a deadline, then the participants can have some time reservation to finish the whole set.
Btw, Austin, are you going to post the link on the chapter-l? or will it have another version for chapters?

Hi Morgan
Good question. I'll put it on the agenda for the next meeting on IRC on 5th Nov.
Setting a deadline will encourage participation – 'speak now or forever hold your peace'. And we will need some time to digest what we have learned before our meeting in Frankfurt in January
At the same time we want to hear from as broad range of people as possible, so we need to allow enough time for the word to get out to all parts of the movement.
Together, those might suggest a date in December. Let's discuss next Friday.
