How are we going to transmit updaets aout our work to communities that don't read and write English?
Let's try to integrate this question into our process from the beginning of our real push to solicit more input.
While involvement has been limited, we have at least succeeded in getting a *bit* of feedback from community groups in English. We have had almost none in other languages, and as Galileo mentinoed, many communities still have little idea about the Strategy process and plan (though all were announced sporadically to those communities, they aren't part of the collective consciousness there).

SJ, could you please clarify what you mean with "our" (or rather, "us") in this context? Do you refer to the movement roles group, or rather to the Wikimedia Cabales in general?

1. How is any of the movement roles work going to be shared with people who do not read English?
2. How are the people on this list going to address or reflect on that issue in our writing and planning?
3. What aspects of 'movement roles' require or are founded specificailly on interaction among these non-English communities?
@Jon, this is about communication (as is the very act of cleaning up notes and publishing them), but is more urgent than the larger Tough Topic. We should be communicating with a broad set of communities next week, and have some core descriptions of the MR project (and the strategy project before it) translated, simply to be able to effectively plant the idea of "movement roles" in the minds of people who may or may not thereafter want to communicate about it.
