Okay, we met. Action items from the meeting:

* Request a Phabricator project with "reading" in the name for tracking needs across the board * Have a follow-up meeting to go over the specific cards and determine: ** If it's api.php, services tier, or both ** Timeline ** General themes that can be extrapolated for longer term thinking (e.g., where we want to be in a year)

I'm going to follow up with the meeting attendees on the action items.
