I hear about Humanitarian OSM with some frequency. And when the ebola scare
was in full swing, Wikipedians (including those in WikiProject Medicine)
were working to get accurate information published about the disease in
multiple languages. I wonder if the Wikipedia mobile web, mobile apps,
and/or Wikipedia Zero could be further leveraged in disaster response
scenarios, perhaps in partnership with OSM or agencies like Doctors Without
Borders and UNICEF. Any thoughts?
