This is not configurable currently (see my reply to your other post about us not serving 3rd parties as best as we could). I am keen for the mobile skin to be highly configurable (and all our skins in general as a matter of fact). As a short term measure it would be great to have some basic configuration options around what to show in menus that can be adjusted in LocalSettings.php.
