Is there any way we can kill this page and guide people to contacting this mailing list where they can reach a wider audience? I'm not sure how much attention it is given and the interface is broken. For instance clicking on the above link doesn't take me to the thread I requested.
Thoughts?

No.

You could remove LQT if you really can't live with its bugs (here you only have to remove the offset; lqt_mustshow has been broken for years). https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Thread:Extension_talk:MobileFrontend/How_to_let_mobileview_api_support_form_post

Links that MW sends out from MW are broken and have been for some time. Since I'm in the same place as Andrew this weekend, maybe I can harass him to fix them.
Nemo, my main worry is I seem to be one of the few people (yourself and Quim included) responding to talk discussions here... I would be interested in your elaborating on your no. Surely volunteers asking things in a zone when people rarely watch is a bad thing for everyone involved? Would it not be better for them to reach a larger audience from the offset?
Mark if you can fix that bug that would definitely be one improvement! :)
