oh yeah, that's a good question :D Maybe my point of view helps you (and I think (and
hope), that's it's very close to the "reality"):
Mobile web ("browser based mobile display) isn't an own " project",
which would cover all features, like reading, contributing, and so on, anymore. It is
splitted into its own components, which are maintained by the different departments. So,
any reading-related things in mobile are maintained by the Reading department (which
maintain the desktop reading related things, too, as far as I know). Any
contribution-related thing in mobile (and desktop, too) is maintained by the Editing
department.
Now, it's a bit confusing and undefined, what is "reading-related" and what
is really "editing/contribution-related", some features may not be clearly
assigned to a specific department, yet. But both departments are on the way to define,
what features has to be maintained by what team to have clear responsibilities and contact
persons (especially for the community-members) :)
