Hi, is there a URL that forces the mobile site no matter what? For instance in the case that a mobile browser doesn't show the mobile site (because is not listed at WURFL, a problem that is being addressed).
This might bring extra testers using desktop browsers.

There isn't currently that ability, but I could add an override via the query string.

It appears that tablets are redirecting to the desktop/PC site. Since we don't have an experience optimized for tablets, give tablet users a link where they can easily switch to the mobile gateway (other sites appear to be doing this as well).

Which tablet did you see redirected? I noticed this on friday and we fixed it for the iPad and others but not the Xoom since it uses the exact same UA as firefox on mobile phones.

I just used one of our in-house iPads just a few minutes and it redirected. It was an iPad 1. I'll try it with a 2 if I can get my hands on one.

Last I checked, tablets are supposed to go to the desktop/PC view because the small-screen view looks and feels horrible on them, whereas the regular desktop interface works very nicely on tablets -- so it sounds like you are seeing the expected behavior.
We ought to have a link for swapping available to _all_ readers, but I don't know if that's in place.

There is a link at the bottom of the page that states, "View this page on regular Wikipediahttp://preilly.mediawiki.org/index.php/Quark?m_action=view_normal_site". This will load the normal interface.
