IANAL, but I am a tad perplexed about the wording of the message wikimedia-mobile-copyrightwarning. It says that it's an _agreement_ to the terms of user and an _irrevocable agreement_ to the license.
Is it OK that only one is irrevocable?
If that is indeed the intention, then everything is fine.
(Come to think of it, translators may well be the only people that actually read the legalese fine print!!!)
