[[2014 Napa earthquake]] was created at 23:44 yesterday (PST) It is now showing up when I search. So I guess if there is some kind of cache it's around 11ish hours :)

The search is a limited prefix search. The title thus has to be exact and the title of this page is "2014 South Napa earthquake" (so omitting the word south is what's giving you no results.
True. However, [[2014 Napa earthquake]] does exist as a redirect to [[2014 South Napa earthquake]], so it should show up in search results even if they're done with strict prefix searching.
Interestingly, this problem does not appear to be present on Android. Not only is [[2014 Napa earthquake]] showing up in search results, but yesterday when I created [[Page with four sections]] on testwiki it showed up instantaneously in the search results. That said, a quick test on iOS shows [[2014 Napa earthquake]] showing up in my search results... so I'm at a loss.
