No scrolling in textareas. Not as cool at it sounds. I think real usability for this would be the choice to make editing text in a textarea a fullpage operation, sorta how some console browsers like lynx allow editing text using fullscreen vi. But movil browsers don't seems to want to do that (maybe to not confuse users).
