where do I find infos for "Wikipedia Mobile"?

However, they do link to http://wikitech.wikimedia.org/view/Mobile_iPhone
... there it is named "Mobile iPhone"
What's the real name?

Is it really the best place to use wikitech? This site is for Admins only. Users without account have no right to edit anything and users can not register to this site.
