Does Foreground support Visual Editor? I don't see the link in the "Actions"
Version I am using: 1.2.0 (44667e9)15:12, 11 December 2015

Yes, Visual editor is supported. You should see edit and edit source in the drop-down Actions.
Could you verify your visual editor install works on Vector Skin? Visual editor is a bit tricky to set up and I believe you also have to have it turned on in your user preferences unless you set it enabled by default.

sorry that it took me a bit longer to answer.
Well, in case this fix will not be merged somewhere into Foreground code at some time in the near future it should probably also be on the page. Since VE is getting more popular it may still be a good idea to ship Foreground with support for these icons.
We actually have the same issue for the Semantic Forms / Page Forms extension which is lacking an icon for the "formedit" action too. This is also a rather popular extension.
